酒店位置很好，位于长沙市商业中心五一广场中心地带，外出游玩交通很方便；美食餐饮小吃店铺很近很多，就在酒店楼下周边；酒店前台和楼层、餐厅的服务人员服务态度非常好，都是尽力满足客户需求。入住非常满意，5分好评。

The hotel location is very good since it is located at Wuyi Street, the famous shopping street at Changsha. Hotel staffs are also nice and helpful

首先酒店地理位置好，就在五一广场旁边，过马路就是黄兴步行街。其次是酒店服务态度好，前台办理入住有效率有礼貌。再次是人文关怀好，周日遇到长沙突降大雨，酒店前台借了伞，解决了困难。最后是卫生干净，热水水压够大，玩了一天洗个热水澡很舒服。下次来还订它。

地段还是非常不错的，毗邻商业街
环境：也可以
服务：服务很迅速，吹风机坏了，服务很快就送来了，还送了空气进化机过来
设施：就是厕所淋浴房的门有点关不紧，水容易流出来

之前看评价都不敢下手预订，确实设施老旧，但地理位置绝佳，楼下就是经典臭豆腐和茶颜悦色。对于旅行来说住在这各有取舍

酒店位置很好，楼下就是五一广场，距离地铁站也很近。淋浴洗澡的地方不下水，洗澡积水严重，最后水漫金山，把下水口整个扣出来才缓慢下水，能看到下水道结得垢厚厚的一层，只有一个细细的孔，怪不得水下不去。不过房间朝向很好，能直接看到五一广场的十字路口，大开窗视野很好，看风景非常棒。早饭也不错

这次来长沙游玩非常愉快??选择了这家酒店很满意，前台小妹妹彭颖全程微笑服务，热情回答每个问题??看到我在网上订的是mini房，因为我还带两小孩担心床太小睡不好，还免费给我房间做了升级大床??，房间装修比较新很温馨，卫生搞的很干净，酒店地理位置好直走3-4分钟就到3D大屏幕，楼下吃喝玩一应俱全，停车还是免费的，超级赞，下次来还会选择这里。

超棒入住体验，前台小姐姐doris功不可没！高效的办理入住手续，耐心介绍酒店设施及服务，得知我要赶车还为我安排了早餐打包，谁懂啊 虽然要早起，但吃着热乎乎的早餐就觉得今天又是好值得的一天????

The hotel entrance is on the side and can be reached from exits 7-8 of Wuyi Square. The front desk staff is Yuan Yuan and the service is enthusiastic. I will come back next time I have the opportunity

I recently stayed at MUYI H Hotel, and it was without a doubt the worst hotel experience I’ve had in China. I feel obligated to warn others before they make the same mistake.
The hotel is old, worn down, and dirty. The facilities are poorly maintained, and the overall hygiene level is far below acceptable standards.
To make matters worse, in an apparent attempt to save on electricity, the air conditioning is frequently turned off — even during hot, humid weather. When we complained, we were told they were “letting fresh air in,” which is ridiculous considering the rooms are sealed with no windows. After our feedback, they briefly adjusted the temperature from a central control, but then sneakily turned it off again. Sleeping in that kind of heat was unbearable for everyone in our group.
The beds were also extremely soft and uncomfortable, leaving all of us with backaches the next morning.
Even in a tough economy, compromising basic guest comfort and cleanliness is not the answer. By doing this, you’re only pushing your customers away.
I strongly advise everyone to avoid this hotel at all costs — regardless of the season. Whether it’s summer, spring, or winter, the conditions are unacceptable and unlivable.
